I will be travel from 4th Sept to Dec,2019. Please suspend this time my phone.

Youll need to call customer service and have them do it. Keep in mind you will lose your plan and have to choose an available one at the time you restore Service. Just select the plan in self serve when you want to restore service
Your system is terrible. I fight two days for this matters. Phone never get someone.
I am happy Koodo except your so hard system.
Still I wonder my request has gone through.
Once again remain you I want suspend service from 4th Sept~4th Dec,2019.
Please help me.

Try with Facebook Messenger then. They can handle it through there and you won't have to worry about not getting called back.
