service problem

We Just switched to koodo today and love it but when at home my husband has service and I have nothing. Have u ever heard of this. I'm stinking mad.

Try rebooting your phone or resetting network settings. Make sure you have 3g enabled 🙂

Do you just have "No Service" or is there a SIM card available? If your husband has service, you should have service as well. Try performing a battery reset which is turning off your phone, taking out the battery, sim, sd card, etc., waiting for about 30 seconds - 1 minute, then putting everything back together and restarting the device. Sometimes a battery reset solves some issues. Also, make sure that you aren't on 2G. If all fails, you may want to contact Customer Care. It may be a faulty SIM.
