For about two months now I have started experiencing issues with my service. At first I had thought it was just me experiencing the problem but after talking to people with Koodo and other providers in my area they are having the same problem. No matter where you were in the city I live there was no bars for service.
When I called the Koodo Technical Support I was told I wasn't connecting to the tower in my area, and then to change my Network Mode from LTE/4G/3G to 3G/2G only. This seemed to fix the service problem and I then changed it on all my families phones (Koodo and Bell phones).
However, that was over a month ago and I am now once again running into issues. At first restarting my phone fixed my texts from failing, but now I have to restart between EACH text to send them. I have full bars of service, so I can't understand what is happening and it is highly irritating.
Is there a way to fix this? I've had this phone for a year and never had connection issues with LTE/4G network. Why would I need to change it and why is the 3G/2G now having issues to?
