I need to speak to an agent and each time I call I get hung up on by the automated line or send to the automaked AI who cannot help me, other than to tell me it is too busy for me to speak to an agent.

This is unacceptable.

I don’t even want to use KOODO anymore but couldn’t cancel if I wanted.  Am now stuck paying a bill that I was overcharged for or it will be reported to my credit bureau.

This company should be reported.

Is your bill incorrect?  Are you trying to cancel?

Bill is incorrect, now I want to cancel because of the poor service.

Did you want to cancel fully or port your number over to another provider. 

 

getting the same run around. tried to schedule a callback with AI, but says it is closed for today. asked for hours of operation and it’s supposed to be 9AM-9PM. it was 8:12pm. Why were they closed? When did it get so hard to talk to a human koodo rep?

 I think you called too close to the closing hours that's why it told you they're closed even though they were open
