Seemless Transfer Help Please.


I am transferring my number to a new company phone. Other than paying the small tab remaining with my final bill, is there any other issues I should be concerned about? I have enjoyed Koodo, unfortunately my new company has Telus so I will need to change as I don't wish to have two phones. What is the best way to make this change?

Hi Daniel,

When you go to telus to activate the phone, they will cancel your account if you get your number transferred over. You will need to have a 0$ tab balance and make sure your bill is fully paid off. No surprise charges or anything like that.

His Tab Balance will be automatically added to his last bill. No need to make sure the bill is fully paid off either.
