Seasonal Hold re-activate and SIM transfer


I have an account on seasonal hold, and I want to re-activate the number and put it in a different koodo phone that I have... how do I do this?

Take the SIM from your old phone and put it in new phone. Login to self serve and change your plan back to what it was or take an in market plan. If your SIM isn't the right size, you may need to buy a new SIM and transfer your service to the SIM via self serve.
