Restored Phone (after suspension). Need to talk to representative. What does this mean?


I recently restored my phone after it was suspended (because my phone was stolen and then recovered) and the webiste said I needed to talk to "one of their reps" before I could start using my phone again. I clicked the link it provided and it sent me here, to the community page. I am unsure what I am supposed to do at this point.

Sometimes when you attempt to resume your account from suspension due to stolen/lost phone the site might be having diffulties processing your request so you will need to speak with a representative from client care to assist you with your transaction. You can dial *611 from your koodo device or 1-866-995-6636
I tried dialling *611 but it said mobile network is not available

You'll need to call the other number Jonathan mentioned then from another phone: 1-866-995-6636
