refer a friend home wireless

Hi, was just wondering if I refer a friend to the Wireless home phone hub if it counts as a credit?

Hi Dennis, the wireless home phone service does not qualify for refer-a-friend promotions at the moment. It's currently only offered for cellular.

Ranjan, has this policy changed? Unless I missed something in the "terms and conditions", I do not see any mention of wireless home phone being excluded from the referral bonus. My parents just activated and know of several potential referrals.

Hi Jeremy - no change, still only available to mobility customers. One reason for this is that registration for the referral program requires an SMS verification, which can't be completed through home phone. We will likely revisit this in 2017.

Hi Ranjan, that's okay. The port of my parents' home number went through today. Set up the hub and they are very happy with the quality of the service and how easy-to-use the voicemail is.

Hi Ranjan, need your input again ... I see Koodo now lowered the promo price of Wireless Home Phone to $5 for the first 12 months. Can my parents get this lower rate? I tried calling in but the associate I spoke to said promo pricing is handled by a different department.

Hey Jeremy - can you send us a private message on Facebook. We'll need to validate your account in order to look into it, and can't do so here in a public forum.

Thanks Ranjan, I am no longer on Facebook, but sent a DM through Twitter instead
