Refer a friend credit


my husband and I both are with koodo on one account and have referred at least a dozen friends for the refer a friend credit. We keep getting confirmations and to refer more so we do. However we keep paying our bills and our bill this month which we paid reflects some credits but not all. Does anyone else have this issue.

How long are referrals valid?
Once you receive your referral, you'll have 30 days to redeem your offer (by entering your name and email address into the referral system). After you've redeemed your offer, you have 30 days to: (1) buy a phone or SIM card and activate on a postpaid rate plan; and (2) log back into the referral system and provide your mobile phone number. You can find the link to enter your phone number in the confirmation email you received after redeeming your offer.

Note that
  • To be eligible for the referral credit, both of you must have active service with Koodo when the credits are applied. The person being referred must keep their account active for 90 days after activating. If service is terminated within 90 days of activating, the bill credit will be charged back to both their account and the account of the person who referred them.

Note that you have to refer someone, they have to accept the referral, and then they have to go sign up a postpaid account with Koodo, and then follow the steps in the referral email they received.
