Recently opened a new account online; How do I get an account number?


I ordered a new phone and plan through the website on Dec. 23. All I have so far is an order confirmation number - HFO16876938. I need to change something in my order (selected the option to port my number but already cancelled my previous service), but Koodo customer service says they absolutely need an account number, which I don't have yet, and I've tried calling the webstore several times but they were never available. Is it possible to get an account number for an online order before it's activated?
