Receiving calls from 1 866 448 8030

I haven’t been a Koodo customer for more than 2 yrs, but lately I’ve been receiving phones calls from +1 (866) 448 8030. I’m told it’s a Koodo number but when I answer I can hear the caller breathing and then just hands up. What’s going on ? Mind you they’ve called me almost 5 times already.
