Receiving callback from outside of Canada

I need to speak to an account manager who I have already spoken to back in July. When him and had a chat, I was outside of Canada and still am outside on the country, I have set up a call back through the VA. I am guessing that I will I be charged if I answer the callback. I need guidance to know what should be my next move please.

I just saw the callback but I could not take the call. I need to downgrade my plan. In July, I had a chat with one of the customer service manager and he told me that when I am ready to downgrade my plan, to give them a call and ask to speak to him. With the automated system, it’s impossible to do just that. Tomorrow, I will try to reach out through Twitter as suggested, unless you can help from here. Thanks in advance.
