"Re-activating"


This is maddening... I purchased a prepaid samsung galaxy discover in january and used it for a couple of months. I didn't have the money to keep on topping up so I didn't for several months. I'm pretty sure my self serve account was deactivated so I can't log in. I also cannot create a new self serve account because the warning email said that I would lose my number and the registration asks for my phones number. I also tried topping up by calling *611 and my phone says emergency calls only. Also when I try to recover my self serve account I request a password change , change my password and then it says that my password is wrong. Can anybody please tell me what to do?

Since you've went more than 90 days without using your account then your account has been closed Unfourtunatley as is stated here on Koodo's websitehttp://help.koodomobile.com/prepaid/topping-up-your-account/do-top-ups-expire You will have to buy a new SIM Card and set up a new account from scratch. This is done so phone numbers that aren't being used can be put back into circulation so the carrier doesn't run out of numbers as many people who let their account go void forsso long never use it again.
