randomly cancelled phone line, bills payment up to date

Hi Koodo,

I currently can’t get a hold of my husband and my son is injured. Then, I checked my email and realized you have just sent me an email saying, ‘We’re sorry to see you go and that his line has been cancelled’. We did not authorize this and I also can’t directly contact your customer service line, so am currently waiting for a call back from customer service so I can reactivate his line and get a hold of him. This is completely unacceptable.
