Radio nowhere


I currently have no Internet connection and I can't make or receive phone calls. I have powered down my phone several times. Help please?

Was this all of a sudden, or is it intermittent? Make sure airplane mode isn't on and 3G is enabled. Also ensure your bill is up to date. Let us know what happens. Could also be a faulty SIM card; try someone else's Koodo SIM if at all possible... that will help you diagnose what the issue is.
It just happened last night. How do I check to see if my 3G is enabled?

Usually in settings > networks (or some variation on that). What kind of phone do you have?
