Koodo just cancelled my order, will I get my old plan back? because upon checking my koodo account i still have the Plan for the Cancelled Phone.

Are you currently a Koodo customer who upgraded your phone? or are you a  registering to get a phone and SIM?

Also, which phone did you order? was the phone instock as of now?

Yes, I’m a koodo customer and upgrading  phone.  it was the new iphone 14 pro

If you a current customer, I wonder why they cancelled the order. You could send email to their webstore and ask and request them to switch the plan back if possible. Their email is koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com
