Hello,

I was with koodo, bought a phone then had it deactivated because i no longer needed it. I now need it...how do i go about having it reconnected to the network ?

You can use the phone with any plan. If you currently don’t have a plan, you can check Koodo’s website and either sign up for a BYOD plan (since you already have a phone), or you can sign up for prepaid… whatever you choose!

Were you on a Prepaid plan or a Postpaid plan before you ‘deactivated’  your phone.

By  ‘deactivated’, do you mean to say that you have cancelled your account.

If you did cancel your account, you need to register as a new customer.
