A customer of ours who works in the Superstore brought in the remaining plastic shell of a Columbian provider's SIM card (he went there to visit family a month ago). The PUK code was in the upper right hand corner! I thought that is ingenious and Koodo should do it too! This is kind of 2 ideas in one, but it should also be on the customer service agreements so a customer can reference it if they lose the shell (likely, since it's small). I already like Timo's suggestion of allowing them to be looked up in Self Serve so I thought I'd come up with my own.
