I know I suggested this fix on several threads before, but I can't be bothered to try and find each individual one back. Since the launch of the LTE network, some customers had been experiencing problems with missed calls and/or delayed texts due to their phones failing to automatically switch back from LTE to HSPA. As an interim fix, turning off LTE prevented this problem from happening. I am pleased to report that the issues which caused this problem have now been resolved. Anyone who had previously disabled LTE for this reason should now be able to safely enable it again, allowing you to use your phone and the network to it's full capability.
