I got an email stating I had to upgrade my phone because the network was being shut down and that I should go in and get a free new phone. I got in and the girl was having all sorts of issues but basically did something to make it work. She even circled on the receipt that it was zero dollars. Because it took so long I was late and had to leave...examining my receipt later in the evening she had taken $46 out of my tab because she couldn't figure out how to do it properly. Can I fix this over the phone as I don't want to go back to that location as there was some other issues that she bypassed the system because she didn't know how to properly finish the transaction.
