I am trying to log in to koodo to see my first bill. I switched from prepaid to a plan and get this message:
You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.
The digital help told me to change my password but it didn’t help. I am still getting that message when I try to log in.

if you follow the steps in this link for Koodo Assist, you should be able to reset your Self Serve account: https://koo.do/SSreg
If the above step doesn't work then you can contact customer service to have it reset for you. Easiest way would be a pm to koodo via facebook/twitter.
