is it possible to port out my number to Telus and still keep my Koodo account with a different number?
That's not possible. Once you port out your number to Telus, your account will be cancelled. You will be able to access your Self Serve account for 90 days after you port out, but it will be gone after that.
That said, if there are two lines on your account and you port out one line, you should still have access to your Koodo account.
