Port not complete

I recently requested to port to another provider from koodo but failed to accept the sms request in time.  The other provided has the number listed as theirs but their SIM won’t work with it.  I was told to request a manual port from koodo to complete transfer.  I no longer have the original koodo SIM for transfer was ‘successful’.
