Now my pm account was automatically closed because koodo sent the port request but koodo still hasn't switched my temporary # over to my old #.
I get no response from pm moderators when asking them to sort it out with koodo and trying to get through to koodo support is next to impossible.
Its been 2 days now and not getting anywhere, I'm worried i will lose my old #, any suggestions?

If so you need to contact koodo to fix the port.
I recommend requesting a all back via Koodo Assist
