Port did not work

I tried to port my daughter’s number from prepaid to monthly. I’m not sure where I messed up but when I go into self serve online it says the port was successful but the phone is using the new number it was assigned. I have the new sim in the phone.

Is it still the case right now? Sometimes it might take some time before it switches

Thank you for the response. I got through to customer service. They fixed it on their end.
