Poor signal on any mall, building, houses or even outside.


does any body knows why koodo signal is terrible inside a building or a house and even outside? I working indoor and those who have rogers, fido, mts has full bars and i don't get a single bar??? I have to get to a window, or just go outside. have 2 samsung s2x. i tried: pulled battery out and put back on. turn airplane mode on the turn it back off. change network mode then put it back to auto. that's on both phones. thanks

Where in MB are you? Koodo's hspa network only covers a small part of southern MB, while Rogers and MTS share towers and have roughly equal coverage everywhere.

Since you did most of what I would want a customer to do, which is great you did all that, what would most likely need to happen is to call to Koodo Tech Support and have them check the SIM card information. There could also be an issue with the phone or sim physically. Testing the sim card in another phone is a way to see if the same situation happens. If it does, replace the sim. If the issue lies with the phone, see about repair options.
