I find the the reception on cottrelle and hwy 50 (on clarkway) quite poor. My phone went down to 1 bar on LTE then sometimes 2 or 1 bar on 3G. If you look at the coverage map, that pocket doesn't have the best LTE coverage. Can Koodo/Telus do anything about it. I live by that area and I'm concerned. Second question. Do Koodo and Telus/Bell/Virgin have indentical coverage? Or is there any priory based on speed or reception?eg. Bell then Virgin, etc... . I'm overall happy with Koodo but I'm unhappy with the coverage in that pocket. Anything Koodo can do ? Thank you in advance.

Power is in numbers. If Koodo have a lot of customers in this area and many more will complain they may consider doing something. The problem is that sometimes poor converge means lack of Cellular Tower in the area and that would be a huge investment for Bell or Telus.
Regarding second question. Yes they have the same coverage. Koodo is Telus Virgin is Bell. Telus and Bell share Towers. There is no priority based on speed or reception as far as I know. You need latest phone in order to get higher speeds and to be able to utilize latest phone technology.
