My most recent bill was a real shocker, at over $160 vs my usual flat rate of $25, due to going over my plan's minutes. I realize I'm able to check my usage online so I'm not complaining about the bill. However, had I known I was using this much air time this month I certainly would have upgraded my plan. I'll save the details, but to say I've been busy recently is an understatement. Checking my remaining cell phone minutes has been the last thing on my mind. Had a notification system or automatic upgrade been in place, similar to what Koodo offers with data, I would have been able to save over $100. Since I can track my usage in real time online, and Koodo already offers this service for data users, I assume it wouldn't be difficult to implement it.
