phone upgrade and didnt recieve tracking number

I upgraded my phone last week and didn’t receive a tracking number and the order number I got in the first email says it’s invalid on Koodo website

There's a note on the website that says "Heads up: Due to the high number of orders and shipping delays from our courier partners, deliveries could take up to 10 business days. Sit tight! We're working as fast as we can."

Mine was ordered before my fiancé’s so I thought that was strange that hers is going to be here tomorrow according to the tracking but I never even got a number yet

What kind of phone did you get? Some phones are on back order and would take a little longer so that may be the case here.
