Phone upgrade

I just received my new phone and i have placed the new SIM card in it. Apple 6S to Iphone 11XR. I was able to transfer all information to my new phone however I can’t seem to get it activated. I have tried the “chat” option 3 times since yesterday and have not received a call back. Any ideas?

You have to do a Sim swap in self-serve. However, you can just keep using your current aim card if it's still working! That's the good thing of Sim cards: you can just put it in any phone you want anytime.

Try placing your old SIM from your 6S into the XR. Should do the job.

They both us a nano SIM so it should be pretty easy to switch it up.
