phone says no service


why does my phone say no service when I checked my account and it says I have minutes left

Check to make sure you are not on Airplane mode or your 3G got turned off

Ok that's an android phone. Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Airplane mode Make sure it's not checked Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Network mode Make sure use GSM only is not checked. And if both dont fix it try to take out your battery & sim card for a few and pop it back in.

I took battery out and in again and problem fixed Thanks

All my Koodo phones have no service. 2 are iPhone 4. 1 is a blackberry. 1 is a samsung galaxy ace. The other is a basic flip phone.

Same here just after I put someone on hold
My iphone 5s is doing the same. And yes all my settings are correct. A hard reset didnt work neither did reseting network settings. Is this a problem with the koodo network maybe?
My iPhone 5s is doing the same. Coworkers' phones on the Bell network are working perfectly fine. What's up?
Must be i have been on hold for a while on my other phone trying to get answer just happened at about 230 this afternoon u too?
Ya, its been about an hour for me too.
I checked out their twitter. There's a network issue so I guess we'll just have to wait.

Just noticed it within the hour. Tried a hard reset and a shutdown + restart.

Went to a mobile shop and they weren't able to get through either. My phone is in emergency calls only. Anyone else? Is the network down?
