Phone Return / Account Cancellation

I just received a phone I purchased on the 13 of July. I wanted to buy it outright, which I did, however since it was bought online I had to choose a plan with it.

 

So I called in to cancel the plan and the rep said it would be better to email webstore to return the phone and buy it store vs cancelling over the phone and to incur rate plan charges.

Just wanted to confirm that this is the best solution. I’ve also emailed webstore but have not heard back. Any idea as to what their response time is?

Do you want to keep the phone or not? I’m confused. If you don’t want to keep it, then you  need to return it via the same way you bought it AKA the webstore.

Which phone was it that you bought. Remember that you have to pay the tab balance and the tab bonus back when you cancel.
