Phone not opening


I recently cancelled my contract with Koodo and I paid my tab. But now, when I try to open my cellphone (which is a Samsung Galaxy S2X), it stops booting at the Koodo loading screen. I tried to reset it, but even that doesn't work! I just want to open my phone so please help me... Thanks

You will need to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Koodo can't do anything about the warranty on a cancelled account.
Samsung told me the same thing when I called them...The problem seems to come from Koodo because it happens since the day I cancelled the contract and it always shows the Koodo loading screen not loading completely.

You will have to take it up with Samsung. There is nothing Koodo can do with a cancelled account.
Did you pull the sim out?
I tried to reset it with both the sim in and out but nothing works.
