Restarted phone and re-inserted SIM card will not connect to network even with line of sight to tower
Yes been working for 5 years same phone, monthly billing up to date
When you mentioned you couldn’t connect to the network, what was the status on top of the screen?. Was it “No service”/”no SIM”, or “Koodo”?. Was there anyone with Koodo/Telus around you and having the same issue?
No service. I think the tower was down. When I went to town I was able to connect through another tower
