So recently, my phone has been letting off an electric current and its been causing physical distress. I’ve turned if off and its away from me.

How do I go about replacing my phone? Thanks!

When you had issue with it, was the phone being charged with a cord?

Phone battery voltage and current is quite low, I wonder how  someone could feel it. Anyway, here is there official link for warranty and repair https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/warranty-and-repair-policy

That is quite concerning. How long have you used this phone? If you have used it for more than one year, it is likely the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. In that case, I would suggest you to take it to your local phone repair shop and sort it out. You can also choose to buy another phone if it is within your financial means.
