How do I go about upgrading my phone from a BYOP to a $0 down phone online? Every time I try to see about upgrading my phone online it doesn't give me any options except for buying a phone full price

If you only see options for buying the phone full price when you are logged in than that likely means that you aren’t approved to get a phone on the tab.
What plan do you have? How long have you been a customer? Are you on the Spending Limit Program?

If you have one of promo BYOD plan, then you might need to pick a new in market plan to use any size of Tab. ( Even if your plan is over required minimum plan price. ).
