phone gettjng cut of from a koodo mistake


just paid my bill on the 11th of this month koodo took miney from my account on the 12th of this month and called me on the 12th saying thst they took the money and hit pay tab on my account by mistake. today I got a text from koodo saying I've reached the spending limit and thst my phone will be cut off. dont have money till the end of the month and havent got another bill yet. Dont know what to do and I looked on my account and it has -5.00 whats that mean is thst what I owe?

*611 is free on your Koodo cell and you can contact Customer Care about questions that involve your account, personal information, etc. There's not much we can do because we can't see what your account and billing history looks like.
