Phone disconnected...


I paid a monthly plan for my little son with Koodo, today his phone was disconnected from the network. [b]My balance is in 0$. My bill is in date.
Really????   I have to lost my time calling to arrange the problem. Why the company don't check.
I was thinking to buy another phone for my son in Christmas, great moment to move for sure with another company!

So you were at no point late for your payment? If you were disconnected you will have to call 611 to speak with a rep to get this sorted out. If you really were late, then there's a 35 dollar reconnect fee. If you were erroneously disconnected, I'm sure that it will be solved.
