Phone Charges....


I'm concerned about my account..I suspended my service as I am out of the country on Mar 21 2014, I see I am still being billed?? Also, I will be back in Canada May 14 and would like to be reconnected on that day! Can i do that on ph phone while it is suspended? Thank You

Suspending your service whtne you phone is lost or stolen only prevents your service from being used, but you are still charged the full plan. I think you are looking to put your phone on seasonal hold, which costs $15. However note that when you come back to take your plan off seasonal hold you have to select a current in-market plan

And if you "Temporarily suspended" your service through self serve, you can restore it through self serve. Or you can call koodo *611 from your Koodo phone and ask them to restore it.
