Phone Agent - No Help

I called Koodo at 1 866-995-6636 asking if they can switch me from Public Mobile to Koodo.

Agent told me to go to the store !

How come Fido and Virgin can do activation other the phone, but not Koodo?

Why dont you just avoid dealing with people and sign up online. It is super easy.

Public Mobile doesn't have agent to talk to and you are their customer? I guess your preference have to bend to something that works.

You could visit a Koodo kiosk or a Koodo retail (walmart, bestbuy, wowmobile, etc.) to talk to people though.

Then I highly recommend seeing a rep at a Kiosk. They would love to speak with you and make a sale at the same time!

Shopping online will also save you the $35 connection fee tho. (Unless they have promo to wave the fee...)

People at Robelus will be happy to speak with you for hours on the phone. You might even end up with a new internet and cable TV subscription. Aaaaaand a lot less money in your pockets 😉
Rogers is good. I've been with them for 11 years . Paying $35 for 150U internet.

Wireless is expensive though.
