People are not receiving my picture texts!


I send my wife a picture through mms and she gets it fine (Shes on Koodo) But everyone else isn't. No error messages Sony Xperia

So, if I understand the MMS marks as sent, but the person doesn't even receive it? Except for your wife...
Yep, exactly. All the other contacts who got back to me said nope they didn't get them, although pictures sent through voxer or email are fine. I had no problems until this morning it seems. My photos last night sent out fine.

Well, I did have a problem sending more than 1 picture in a message last night. I don't know if it has something to do with this. Except your wife, is there anyone else who receives your messages that is with Koodo? You could always shut off your phone, get the battery out and the SIM card. Wait 2-3 minutes than try again. If this doesn't work, then something's wrong with the network. You haven't updated your phone recently or installed something new on it?
I dont have anyone else smart enough to switch to koodo 😛 I will try the hard reboot. I haven't updated or installed anything new.

Try sending an MMS to your e-mail with the text messaging app and see if it works! Send the message to youradress@gmail.com or w/e your address is

Yeah well, this is really weird. The limits of my intelligence stop here because I'm not a cellphone specialist. It's some technical problem. Therefore, I don't think there's a general solution, But keep us posted if everything works as normal! I would recommend calling in the morning, this is where you'll get the shorter waiting time (usually)
