Payment made to pay tab hasn't been applied to my tab

I submitted a payment which is showing on my account...the payment was made to pay my tab...my account balance is the exact same as my tab balance...how can I get my tab cleared without submitting any more money?

@Lisa Serre : You need to go to Selfserve >> View Tab Balance >> Pay my Tab. Koodo would ask you againt to confirm if you would like to pay and the Tab balance would show up on your next invoice.

If you make payment directly to the account. The money would contribute to credit of the account. It won't automatically pay off your Tab.
