So I tried to port my number in self serve in the middle of the night last night. Everything in self serve looks great, the ported number is there and it says it was successful. My Public Mobile account is now closed as is normal when porting. When someone tries to call me it says number not in service, when I call out the original Koodo number shows up. So my sim seems to be with the original Koodo number still. Please help, I really need a human for this.
