Over paying customer leaves...thinking of coming back


Former customer was paying an extra 100.00 for months (over-paying per your change in plans and no notice) thinking of coming back...what is required?

Hi Phil, I don't understand what you're saying, can you be more specific? Koodo does not change plans at all, least of all without notice. The only person who can change a plan is the customer... so that part of the post is not entirely clear. Neither is the part where $100 was over-payed for months, if that happened to me, I'd definitely want it credited back. As for coming back: nothing more is required than visiting a Koodo kiosk with two pieces of ID, and upon approval of credit score etc, get a new plan. Welcome back 🙂

We are not Koodo employees, Phil, you are posting on a public forum here. I'll ask a moderator to remove your post and then you can deal with Koodo directly by calling *611 or sending an email via their website 🙂

If it has been less than 90 days, you can call Customer Service and resume your line... If it is more than 90 days, you will need to approach a Koodo shop and open a new account as you did it for the first time... If your account has a credit and you are not planning to have the line again, you can still call, and ask for the credit to be refunded... If it was over payment, you will not have any problem to receive your money back, it will be sent via cheque...
