ordered sim cards and got one from store


I ordered a sim card online but also paid for one in store, how do i cancel it or will i get charged only for one since I went in store (override)?

You will likely be charged for two. I would suggest contacting a Koodo rep and see if they can help you cancel your online order. You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

I just want to make sure one thing. 
Did a store rep run a credit check and activated your SIM/ open an account for you?

It seems if you just want to buy a SIM, some store would selling it to you without activate/open account. 
 

I don’t want you cancel online order if the store just sold a SIM to you.

Yes the Rep in-store did run a credit check and noticed that I had an account from when I ordered online.
