I ordered a phone yesturday. And I got an email from you to call Equifax or TransUnion to update my credit file. I pulled my credit report and everything on file is correct. So why am I being denied ?

You'd have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to speak with a Rep who can further look into it. But that's a bit of a canned response in case you are declined new credit. You typically have to speak with a Transunion or Equifax Rep to get the actual answer instead of just looking through your credit report.
