My tab balance & bill are completely paid off , but it won’t let me upgrade/order a new phone.

I get all good to go, then click pay now & it comes up as an error that I’m not good for an upgrade on my account but I am?  & that I need to visit a store.

Why is this happening? I live very far away from a koodo store.

Usually that message appears for fraud prevention reasons.

Just has to be a store that sells koodo, something like a bestbuy, Walmart, loblaws, etc with a wireless center would work if you have one close by?

I am a 2 hour boat ride & 45 minute drive away from the closest store haha

So that doesn’t work well for me :(
