Online order cancel/account locked

Yesterday I canceled my online order since I found the phone I wanted in a Koodo store and I need it by tomorrow (it had not shipped yet). When I then went to the store, they told me they couldn't pass a new transaction because my order wasn't fully cancelled, even though my tab went back to 0$. I contacted customer service again and got confirmed twice that my order was cancelled and I'd be able to buy my new phone in store, yet every time I ask the store it is still locked and they can't do anything.

Anyone has had this happen to them and any way to fix this ?

I can flag this for you but there's nothing you can do yourself. I imagine it would take a kiosk emoyee to call their help line and have the two hash it out.

Can you provide your cancelled order number?
My order number was HFO24498939
