One plus one

Hi, I'm willing to buy the One plus One from oppomart since One plus seems not ready to release their phone. I was wondering if the frequencies of the phone are matching the ones from Canada (Quebec). I don't want to buy this phone if I can't call with it ... http://www.oppomart.com/oneplus-one-phone.html Thank you

According to that site, this phone uses WCDMA: Bands: 850/900/1900/2100MHz, LTE FDD: Bands: 1800/2100/2600MHz (The text referring to the LTE bands after that is just a copy/paste from Wikipedia). So it should work on 3G since Telus/Koodo uses 850/1900. Some sites claim the phone also supports LTE on 1700 MHz, which is required for Telus/Koodo LTE.
Thank you for the reply! So the 3G seems to be ok but the 4G LTE is not sure ?

Well, according to this article, the version OppoMart is selling is the one for the Chinese market, which does not have WCDMA band 4 (1700 MHz) or LTE bands 4 (1700 MHz) and 17 (700 MHz) which means it won't work on Wind, and it won't work on Telus/Koodo LTE. There are other versions which have different bands, but OppoMart doesn't sell them.
Ok thank you I'll be waiting official release form One plus 😞 !

Just a heads-up...as you probably know by now, the phone is not problem-free: http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/oneplus-one-problems/
