Hi I need to call customer service to sort out an issue with an account that was moved across from PC Mobile. I have been told through the Koodo store in Fredericton (my wife going in person) that they have done as much as possible, and that I must call Koodo service and ask to be connected to the PC Mobile support team - but the only number I can find is a toll free number which doesn’t work outside North America. If you can, it would be great to be provided with this, the nuance is a little too difficult for bots to deal with.

The pc mobile transfer was several year ago. I think th number is no longer working. If you would to contact Koodo directly while overseas, you can contact a rep via Facebook/twitter messaging. Links are at the bottom of this page.
There wasn't a direct number for customer service from Koodo though.
